Our coffee journey begins on farms halfway around the world in Vietnam, where we source 100% robusta beans. Once the cherries have matured, they are hand-picked at peak ripeness for full flavor. After harvesting, our robusta and arabica beans go through a full-wash method, ensuring peak quality. The green beans are then bagged up and shipped over to the United States by sea. Finally, they are freshly roasted every week in Brooklyn, New York, with our Vietnamese American head roaster leading the charge.
