Stuart, the owner of the Comic Center where the group often hangs out, becomes a more prominent member of the cast when Howard is living on the International Space Station. Despite his misfortunes, which often provide comedic relief, Stuart forms a bond with Raj over their mutual loneliness and eventually hires an employee, Denise, whom he starts to date.
