Our wig product is crafted using Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120°C. The optimal temperature range for styling is typically around 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed. This is because the hair lacks cuticles, which are essential for long-lasting color retention. Additionally, the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap is not washable.

To properly wear the wig, follow these steps: a) gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) put on the wig cap; c) place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; d) secure the wig in place.

Cleaning and caring for the wig involves the following steps: detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb; apply shampoo in cold or warm water; soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to restore its style, and then allow it to air dry.

It is normal for wigs to experience some shedding and tangling, especially when worn for the first time. To address this, use a wide-tooth comb and comb the hair from end to root. This will prevent further shedding and tangling. (Tip: for curly wigs, it is recommended to use your fingers for combing).

The hairstyle of the wig may slightly differ from the batch you receive, as they are all hand-trimmed. You can restyle the wig to suit your preferences. Additionally, the color may vary slightly depending on the settings of your personal computer or mobile device. We strive to accurately represent the colors of our products, but some discrepancies may occur.

Please note that due to the manufacturing and transportation processes, the wig may be out of shape when you receive it. Do not worry; simply take a minute or two to comb it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will return to the same appearance as in the picture.

The wig is approximately 22 inches (56 cm) in length, and the maximum circumference is around 21-22 inches (53-55 cm), with a normal variation of 1-2 cm. The size is adjustable to ensure a comfortable fit.
